FOUNDED BY LYNN SHANDLE
As I look over the course of my life, I can see the Lord's grace upon grace. I recognize how lost I was without Him - His calling, His plan, and His purpose. No matter where I looked for purpose, something was always missing. Tony Evans says, "Don't go looking for your purpose, go looking for God!" It was not until I began to seek Him with everything that I was that I discovered my purpose had already been revealed to me: to love God and love others.
Bread of Life Bakery is a beautiful expression of God's love for me and God's desire for me to love Him and to love you. It is not a bakery - it's an invitation. No matter who you are, no matter what you believe, or where you have been - the invitation is there. I invite you to gather, eat, and share.
At Bread of Life Bakery, we operate from the heart of service, not from the rigidity of business. We want to encourage you, know you, and pray for you - to celebrate with you, but also to grieve with you. We were not meant to do life alone, and ... Life is hard, so please, get in the room. Come. Let us come beside you, wherever you are in this season.
Whether you come or order for pickup or delivery, I want you to know that you are helping to empower today's youth. Bread of Life Bakery gives 30% of all sales to Discovery Student Ministries. In addition to the continual donation amount, all employees are connected to the Discovery Student Ministry. The vision is to disciple, empower, and teach the youth of today to be creative, to seek, to serve, to gather, and to meet people with open arms to love them with His love.

We even offer some items that are sweetened with maple syrup instead of sugar! Whether you partake in our bread offerings, bakery treats, or (coming soon) meal-prepped options, please know that we have thoughtfully considered your enjoyment and your health. Each member of our service team has treated the entire process of preparing with care, love, and with a heart of service.
